• Photo content information: vintage portrait photos uploaded or captured by you through the App for restoration and enhancement services
• Device and usage data: non-identifiable basic device information, including device model, system version, network type and App usage behavior data
• Payment related information: only the third-party payment channel information you provide when purchasing paid services, Zeni will not store your sensitive payment credentials

2. Purposes of Information Usage

We will only use the collected information for the following legitimate and clear purposes, and will never use your information for any irrelevant business or unauthorized scenarios:

• Provide and optimize core services: complete AI photo restoration, enhancement, frame customization and comparison image generation for your uploaded photos
• Account management and security: verify your identity, protect your account from unauthorized access, and ensure the normal use of paid service rights
• Service optimization and upgrade: use anonymous and aggregated usage data to improve the stability and effect of AI algorithm, optimize App functional experience
• Send necessary notifications: inform you of important updates of the App, changes of service terms and privacy policy, and reminders of paid service expiration

3. Third-Party Service & Data Processing

Zeni may entrust qualified third-party service providers to assist in the provision of related services, and such third parties may process your information within the scope of authorization. We have strict screening and supervision over all cooperative third parties:

• Third-party payment service providers: only responsible for processing your payment transactions, and will not obtain your unrelated personal and photo information
• Cloud storage and technical service providers: provide secure storage of your photo files and technical support for AI algorithm operation, and abide by strict data confidentiality obligations
• All third parties are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services for Zeni, and must comply with relevant privacy protection laws and regulations

4. Scenarios of Information Sharing & Disclosure

Zeni attaches great importance to the security of your information, and we will never actively share, rent or sell your personal identifiable information and photo content to any third party for commercial purposes. Information disclosure will only occur in the following limited scenarios:

• Your explicit consent: share relevant information with third parties only when you clearly authorize and confirm
• Compliance with legal obligations: disclose necessary information in accordance with the mandatory provisions of laws, regulations, court judgments or regulatory requirements
• Protection of legitimate rights and interests: disclose information when it is necessary to protect the personal and property safety of Zeni, users or the public from illegal infringement

5. Information Security Protection Measures

We have adopted industry-leading technical and management security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, theft, tampering and disclosure, and strive to minimize security risks:

• Data encryption technology: your login password is stored in irreversible encrypted form, and your uploaded photo files are transmitted and stored with end-to-end encryption
• Strict access control: only authorized technical and operation personnel can access the necessary information, and all access behaviors are recorded and audited
• Regular security maintenance: conduct regular security vulnerability scanning and system upgrade for servers and technical frameworks to resist network attacks
• Limited storage cycle: your photo content will be automatically cleared from the server after you download the restored results, and will not be stored for a long time

6. Your Rights to Personal Data

You have complete control and corresponding legal rights over your personal information and photo content collected and processed by Zeni, and we promise to fully cooperate with you to exercise the following rights:

• Right to access and view: you can view all your account information and uploaded photo records in the App at any time
• Right to correct and update: modify your account information in time through the personal center when your registration information changes
• Right to delete and withdraw: request to delete your account and all related information, and withdraw the authorization of information collection and use at any time
• Right to data portability: apply to obtain a copy of your personal information and photo content in a commonly used and readable format

7. Children's Privacy Protection

Zeni's services are not aimed at minors under the age of 13 (children). We will never intentionally collect any personal identifiable information of children. If you are a legal guardian and find that your minor child has uploaded information and used our services without authorization, you can contact us at any time to request the deletion of relevant content and terminate the account use right.

8. Policy Update Mechanism

Zeni reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy according to the changes of relevant laws and regulations, the adjustment of service functions and the improvement of privacy protection standards. The updated policy will be marked with a new effective date.

For important changes involving your core rights and interests, we will notify you through in-app pop-up window, official email or push notification. Your continued use of Zeni's services after the policy update shall be deemed as your full acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
